Callum Connolly
Managing Agent
He manages a select book of brilliant artists, each one known personally and supported with genuine care. With experience spanning Film, TV, Musical Theatre, Stage, Tours, Cruise work, International projects, and Voiceover, Callum brings a real-world understanding of the performer’s journey to every decision. His biggest inspiration? Seeing a client achieve the goals they set out to reach.

Dasha Sorocatova
Agent Assistant
Originally trained with the Russian Royal Ballet, Dasha has worked all over the world, bringing international experience and creative insight to CCM. She’s a master at spotting those out-of-the-spotlight opportunities that often turn out to be gold dust.
Dasha also happens to be a linguistic powerhouse, fluent in multiple languages, and keeps the agency connected far beyond the UK — ensuring nothing ever gets lost in translation.
Duncan Burt
Agent Assistant
With over a decade in the industry, Duncan has performed, assisted, and collaborated with some of London’s biggest casting teams. His knowledge, insight, and connections are second to none, and he brings both warmth and precision to everything he does.
At CCM, Duncan heads up industry outreach and client relations — building bridges, creating opportunities, and keeping the energy high. (He’s also the first to suggest a catch-up drink… and probably the last to leave.)
